J515 Updates from the Seymour Railway Heritage Centre
Rare Arnott's biscuit van restored
Steam locomotive 6233 Duchess of Sutherland is on the mainline this Monday and will visit Peterborough and Loughborough on its way to Tyseley.
The locomotive is on a light engine movement to prepare it for tours with Vintage Trains.
Departing the Nene Valley Railway at 08:54, the locomotive will pass through Peterborough (09:20), Oakham (10:05), Melton Mowbray (10:51), Loughborough (12:49), Burton-on-Trent (13:54), Tamworth (14:41), Water Orton (14:54) and Tyseley at 15:47.
Note that this is a light engine movement and means it is subject to delay or cancellation at short notice.
