6233 Duchess of Sutherland will be passing through Cambridge this Friday (13th May) as it heads to Ely.
Running light engine with its support coach, the LMS Duchess is on a positioning move for its Windsor Flyer tour.
Departing West Coast Railway’s Southall Depot at 10:50, the locomotive will pass through Southall (11:04), Acton Main Line (11:35), Willesden Junction (11:46), Gospel Oak (12:02), Finsbury Park (12:19), Alexandra Palace (13:40), Welwyn Garden City (14:01), Stevenage (14:18), Royston (14:50), Cambridge (15:23), Waterbeach (15:32) and Ely sidings at 15:46.
The locomotive will then go on a turning move via Ely, visiting the station at 16:24 and 16:44
